How Can Leadership Develop Powerful Community?
By a radically different leadership focus on Christians together rather than Christians alone, the church can become a more beautiful Bride of Christ, fight as a stronger Army of God, and represent Jesus more faithfully as the Body of Christ in this world. This leadership of 2 or more with Jesus rather than leadership of individuals will finally "prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining the whole measure of the fullness of Christ" (Eph 4:12-13 NIV).
